Out-of-Town Researchers
If you’re planning to visit from outside Hamilton, please contact us several days in advance to reserve a workstation and to receive any updates about service availability.
International Researchers
If you’re coming from outside Canada, we recommend reaching out at least three months before your expected arrival. This allows time to review application procedures, including any necessary security clearance requirements.
